Signed Vendome crystal and art bead necklace

This elegant, sparkling two strand Vendome necklace features pinky-taupe ab crystals and oval textured gold metal beads with light brown enamel designs and stacked bead caps on a fine gold metal chain. The gold metal fold-over clasp is marked Vendome. The inside strand of the necklace measures 22" long. The crystals at the bottom of the necklace are 12mm in diameter and they graduate to 8mm at the top. The oval beads are 23mm long and 11mm in diameter. The crystals, art beads, gold metal findings and chain are all in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, scratches or missing enamel. The clasp mechanism is in good working condition but is missing two very small rectangular rhinestones.

All Bakelite is tested using a variety of methods. These include Simichrome polish, hot water (smell test), tapping bangles together for the appropriate sound, and checking for mold lines and other discrepancies.
