Vintage Vendome Crystal and Art Bead Two Strand Necklace in Orange, Cream and Gold

The mark of well-designed jewelry is the ability of the maker to mix a variety of colors, sizes and sheens to create interesting pieces. That definition certainly applies to Vendome jewelry, the high-end line of costume jewelry made by Coro. This two-strand necklace combines light orange and gold textured glass art beads, smooth cream and gold glass beads, pale orange faceted crystals and small ab gold and clear bicone crystals for a colorful and playful effect. The inner strand measures 19" long and the outer strand is 21" long when including the decorative 3" extender. The largest beads are 20mm in diameter and graduate in size down to 10mm. All of the components of this beautiful necklace are in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or scratches to any of the glass or crystal beads. The signature clasp is marked Vendome.

All Bakelite is tested using a variety of methods. These include Simichrome polish, hot water (smell test), tapping bangles together for the appropriate sound, and checking for mold lines and other discrepancies.
