This vintage Vendome necklace incorporates all of the elements required to be considered quality high-end costume jewelry, a mix of color, texture, shape and size. The faceted art glass beads are a combination of cobalt blue, light green, raspberry and white. These are interspersed with sapphire blue ab crystals, light blue glass faux pearls, small sapphire blue bicone crystals and tiny textured gold metal beads. The inside strand of this necklace measures 16" plus a 2 3/4" extender decorated with matching ab crystals. The art glass beads are approximately 1/2" (12-13mm) in diameter. This gorgeous necklace is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or visible scratches to any of the beads or crystals and no visible flaking or discoloration of the glass faux pearls.

All Bakelite is tested using a variety of methods. These include Simichrome polish, hot water (smell test), tapping bangles together for the appropriate sound, and checking for mold lines and other discrepancies.
