* This five tier vintage brooch has plenty of color and sparkle to catch the eye. A bottom layer of green and yellow frosted glass navettes is also the base for five rising black metal thin crescents, each containing 3 small clear rhinestones. The next layer consists of round sparkling yellow ab stones and then a layer of smaller alternating green and yellow ab rhinestones. Sitting on top is a large green rhinestone. The setting for all this dazzle is a black metal coating.

* This vintage rhinestone brooch is 2 1/8" in diameter with a dome that rises 3/4" from the back of the pin.

* This colorful pin is in excellent vintage condition. There are no chips, cracks or visible scratches to any of the rhinestones or glass navettes. All stones are prong-set and all rhinestones are sparkling. The black metal coating is intact and the pin mechanism is original and in good working condition.

All Bakelite is tested using a variety of methods. These include Simichrome polish, hot water (smell test), tapping bangles together for the appropriate sound, and checking for mold lines and other discrepancies.
